We value the booking you make with us and will guarantee that your bikes are secured for you when we confirm.  Please remember, keeping your bikes aside means that no-one else can book them, so cancellations have a big effect on our small family business.  

We do understand that issues can arise and so if you need to cancel, we would appreciate knowing at least 48 hours before the start time of your bike hire for a full refund to be given as we at least have a chance to resell the bikes to others.

If you need to cancel and it is less than 48 hours before the start time of your bike hire, we are sorry, but no refund will be given.

Cancellation due to heavy rain - we operate regardless of the weather as we are very lucky to have a large number of beautiful cellar doors located within a 3km (1.8 miles) radius from our base.  Even better, all are within just 5-10 minutes biking distance apart from each other (the closest being just 2 minutes from our front gate) so this means you are never out in the elements for long.  As Billy Connolly famously said - "there's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing, so get yourself a sexy raincoat and live a little."  With a positive attitude such as that, how can you not have a brilliant time.

If it is forecast for heavy rain and you are undecided as to what you want to do, just give us a quick call no later than 1 hour before your pickup time (if being collected) or arriving at our base (if bringing yourselves), and we promise, we will always be honest and let you know what the weather is doing out here. 

One thing we never do is force our lovely bikers to go out in bad weather, so if you decide that you do want to cancel, you will receive a full refund. 

If we don't hear from you, we will assume that you still wish to hire the bikes.

No-shows will be charged the full price.
